What is in the Snapshot Library, and how do I load one of its templates?
The Snapshot Library is a paid add-on of prebuilt industry snapshots. It has 12 industry templates covering use cases such as home services, health care, coaching, real estate and legal. They are AI agents and workflows built from actual use cases with real customers in those industries and tested so you can start selling them straight away, rather than one template copied with only the business name changed. Examples include a 24/7 receptionist, an after hours lead capture AI, residential services after hours, basement waterproofing and foundation repair, pool removal and landscaping, and a treatment compliance follow-up snapshot for personal injury law firms, where the AI calls clients every week to check that they are attending their medical treatment.
The add-on includes the whole library (you cannot buy only some snapshots) and all updates, including new snapshots as they are added and improvements to existing ones.
To load a template:
- Click Library in the left menu (scroll down if you do not see it).
- Click Snapshots in the top menu.
- Click a template to see what is included, then click Get this template.
- It loads into your account, and you will see the new agent and everything else ready to go.
Think of each snapshot as a use case rather than an industry. You can usually reuse one for a different business just by changing the business name, for example in the line where the agent answers the phone. For HVAC or any after hours answering and booking use case, look at the after hours lead capture AI first. You can pass library snapshots down to your sub-accounts, put them in your SaaS plans, and split one into different packages, for example a residential plan and a pro plan.
You do not need the add-on to make your own snapshots. Creating your own snapshots, including from automations, calendars and email steps you migrated from another platform, and passing them down to your sub-accounts is free.
The snapshots cover what clients in a niche need to get set up with AI agents. None of them are about advertising.
