What is the blue orb that follows me around, and can the AI see my screen and tell me what a setting does?

The blue orb that follows you on every page is the AI assistant, the same one you see on the main AI assistant page when you log in. Open it to type or talk to it from any page. It is the quickest way to get help, and it works as your support, your builder and your executive assistant in one, for you and for your sub-accounts. It knows the platform and can search the help docs to answer questions.

When you open the orb you see a Page Vision button. Page Vision is on by default. While it is on (the button is blue, and a blue glow shows around your browser page), the AI sees your screen the way you do and knows which page and setting you are on. You can then ask things like what does this setting do, what do I put in this API URL field, or what does this filter button do, without explaining where you are.

If you do not know where to do something, ask it, for example where can I create a SaaS plan, where can I see my billing info, or where do I connect my social media accounts, and it takes you to that page. It asks for permission before it moves you. Turn on auto approve if you want it to always go there directly.

It can also do the task for you, for example setting up an API connection, creating a workflow or building something in your account, and it can click on your screen to do it. It knows which page, workflow or AI agent you are in. Inside an agent you can ask for help with a step or say add this to my workflow, and it builds it in that agent. As an executive assistant, you can ask what meetings you have for the day, or have it text someone that you are running late.

Page Vision works for you and for your sub-accounts. Because the AI can see what a user is looking at, your clients can get answers on their own, which takes support load off you.

Conversations through the orb use the same AI credits as the main assistant, $0.25 per credit.

If you would rather talk to a person, Live Support calls are built into the app, and with your permission our team can share screens and remotely control your screen.
