What is the code execution charge on my usage, and when does it happen?

Code execution is when the AI assistant, or a workflow step, runs commands or code on a server computer. It is common when the assistant builds a custom web app. It can also appear when the assistant extracts or browses an old website to redesign it, gets a list of businesses from Google, or resizes a logo or removes its background. The workflow Execute Code step is an advanced step that runs your own code.

You can choose the size of the computer for the Execute Code step, from one CPU with 1 GB of RAM up to eight CPUs with 8 GB. By default the assistant and the step use the cheapest size, unless the AI decides it needs a larger one, hits an error, or you ask for a bigger one.

Charges are posted in real time. In Balance activity, the description shows what executed the code. If you see an unexpected or delayed charge, contact support, because it can be credited.
