What is the difference between a SaaS plan and a product?

SaaS plans are what you, as an agency, sell to your clients. A SaaS plan tells the sub-account what it can and cannot do in the system by setting limits and provisioning services.

Products are what your clients sell to their own customers, for example a phone charger. They have nothing to do with what a sub-account can do in the system.

As a white label agency, start with the SaaS plan. You can also create your own products and sell them, but the SaaS plan is the main thing to set up first.
