What is Votel and who is it for?
Votel (votel.ai) is an all-in-one AI business platform: the agency platform where the AI does the work. It was built AI first, for AI agents first and humans second, rather than having AI bolted onto an older CRM. Instead of many separate AI products (a conversation AI, a voice AI and so on), one AI assistant can do just about everything you can do in the platform, and the screens are where you see what the AI is doing.
You tell the AI assistant what you want, for example a landing page, a website, an automation, an AI agent, a web app or a social media schedule, and it builds it. Everything the AI builds can still be edited by hand. You do not need to code or be technical, and you do not have to learn where every setting lives: you only need to know how to ask. If you need help, ask the AI assistant, which acts as both your builder and your support.
Votel is made mainly for marketing agencies and service businesses that want to offer AI powered services under their own brand. With white label, agencies resell Votel to their small and medium sized business clients, such as law firms, HVAC companies and plumbers, with their own logo, domain and pricing, and the white label plan includes unlimited sub-accounts. Businesses can also use Votel for themselves.
The most common use is a 24/7 AI answering service: no more missed calls, every lead captured and appointments booked. AI agents work on every channel: answering and making phone calls, SMS, email and social media.
Your login is your agency account and also the account you run your own business from, so there is no separate agency view and no sub-account to create for yourself. The same system you use to run your agency runs your clients' campaigns, so there is nothing else to integrate.
Votel built everything from the ground up, including the AI agents, unified inbox, dashboards and click tracking. Votel is the source of the platform and does not white label someone else's product, and Votel's own developers, customer service team and everyone else run the company inside it.
