What is the Snapshot Library and how do I install a template from it?
The Snapshot Library is an add-on with 12 ready-made snapshots: prebuilt, battle-tested AI agents and setups that agencies and their clients have used for months, some for almost a year. Snapshots are chosen because they are proven and their creator gave permission to share them. They save you the work of building an agent from scratch.
Examples include a basement waterproofing and foundation agent (it forwards calls to the business during business hours and handles calls itself after hours), a treatment compliance follow-up agent for personal injury law firms (it calls clients, asks questions, moves pipeline stages and notifies the attorneys), after hours lead capture for residential services, a support assistant, an AI receptionist, a growth assistant, loan approval appointments, auto hail repair, and restaurant ordering and reservations.
- Go to Library, then Snapshots. Each snapshot lists what it includes, such as an AI agent, a pipeline or custom fields.
- Click Get this template to install those items into your account.
- Find the installed items in their own areas, for example Agents in the left menu. The library page only installs items; it does not open them for editing.
Do not install the same snapshot twice, because that duplicates the items. If you try to activate a library snapshot you do not own, it tells you that you do not have it.
The library is sold as a whole, with all 12 snapshots. There is no option to buy individual snapshots. Once you own it, you can use the snapshots on an unlimited number of sub-accounts.
Treat the snapshots as use cases rather than industries. Many can be adapted to other businesses: change the business name and details, or tell the AI assistant to take one and adapt it for another business. Some include only an AI agent, not a website. Very specific ones, such as the personal injury treatment compliance agent, are hard to adapt to other niches such as home services. There is no nonprofit template, but any template can be adapted.
