What is the Starter plan, and does it include white label, sub-accounts or free AI credits?

The Starter plan is a free account for you and your own business, and it does not expire. It is also meant to be used alongside a system you already have: for example, if you already have a white label elsewhere, you can add Votel's AI voice to what you already run.

The Starter plan does not include white label, sub-accounts, custom domains for reselling, the SaaS Configurator, or the ability to resell Votel to clients. Usage costs are the same as on the other plans, with the same cost per token and the same $0.25 per AI assistant credit. It does not include free monthly AI credits. The only plan with free monthly AI credits is the Founders plan, which includes $297 of AI assistant credits every month.

If you want sub-accounts, or want to resell Votel or build apps and services for clients in separate sub-accounts, upgrade under Settings, then Billing. The $97 a month Professional plan includes five sub-accounts, and the $297 a month Founders plan includes unlimited sub-accounts and white label.
