What plans do you offer, and what is the difference between the $97 Professional plan and the $297 Founders white label plan?
We have two plans. Votel plans start at $97 a month. You choose or change your plan under Settings, then Billing, and once you join a plan you are billed that amount every month.
The Professional plan (Pro) is $97 a month or $970 a year. It includes five sub-accounts (client accounts) in addition to your own account, so six accounts in total, and it is not white label. It includes almost everything in the platform except the white label features listed below, such as AI agents, the meeting platform, unlimited websites and funnels, and the AI MCP tools (over 300). You can still do client work on it: you log in to those sub-accounts and run them for your clients, and the platform carries the Votel brand. You can sell Votel services to clients, but you cannot rebill with markup (for example on text messages) or use SaaS mode. It does not include monthly AI assistant credits, so you pay for the AI assistant as you use it, at $0.25 per credit. When you try to create a sixth sub-account, a pop-up asks you to upgrade.
The Founders plan is $297 a month or $2,970 a year. It is our white label plan, for running Votel as your own software business, and it is our highest plan: there is no hidden higher tier with extra features. It includes:
Unlimited sub-accounts.
White label branding: your own logo, company name, domain and pricing, so your clients never see Votel. Your login site (such as app.yourdomain.com), your system emails (welcome email, forgot password and so on), your voice AI agents and the platform itself run under your brand.
Rebilling with markup, so you make a margin on every call, SMS, email, AI usage and other service your clients use.
SaaS mode with the SaaS Configurator and automated client sign-up and onboarding: someone fills in your sign up form and their sub-account is built automatically. The SaaS Configurator also customizes the sidebar, theme, top bar, login page and invoices.
White label help docs: the same help center we use for our own customers, including the full API guide, unbranded videos, the change log and the roadmap, under your logo, brand and domain. You can look at them in Live Support under Help Docs.
A white labeled meeting platform, your own replacement for Zoom, to meet your clients.
Both light mode and dark mode.
$297 of AI assistant credit every month (about 1,188 credits at $0.25 each) for as long as you stay subscribed, usable in your own account and in all of your sub-accounts. The credits arrive fresh every month and do not roll over, so use them within the month. When you resell AI assistant usage to your clients, the credits you already have become margin.
For comparison, rebilling with markup, SaaS mode and automated client sign-up are what GoHighLevel puts on its $497 a month plan. All of them are in our $297 plan, plus white label help docs and dark mode. There is a GoHighLevel versus Votel comparison page at the bottom of our website. Votel also includes things GoHighLevel does not, such as the Votel meeting platform and email agents that manage email sending for you.
Both plans have unlimited team users with no per-user or per-seat charge, support is included, and both include unlimited websites and funnels with unlimited hosting. Custom web apps that have their own database and custom code are $9 a month per app, which covers the database and the server for the code, and you can have as many apps as you like at that price. On top of the plan price, everything else is usage based, which keeps the plan fee low: AI voice minutes, AI agents, AI assistant credits beyond what is included, SMS, email, phone numbers, connected social accounts and so on, billed from your wallet at the prices listed under Settings, then Billing, then Usage. Optional paid add-ons include the HIPAA add-on ($497 a month, which also requires signing a BAA) and the Snapshot Library.
Your own account is the agency account. Unlike GoHighLevel, you do not create a sub-account for yourself. Your sub-accounts are under Settings, in the Sub-Accounts section, where you can see them and log in to each one.
Prices shown crossed out on the pricing page are previous prices. The price you buy at is locked in and does not go up while you keep the plan.
Which plan to choose comes down to white label. Choose the Founders plan if you want your clients to log in to a platform under your own brand (for example when they get emails from the system and are invited to log in), or you want to resell Votel and make margin on usage. If you have more than five businesses or clients, you need the Founders plan. If you use Votel only for your own business, or you do client work behind the scenes (building websites and automations and delivering outcomes) and your clients never log in, the Pro plan is enough and usually the more efficient choice, and if you are not reselling you will not notice much difference day to day. Many niches do not care about a CRM and never log in; they simply get an email notification for every lead or after hours call, with the call summary. If you will build a lot with the AI assistant, the monthly AI credits are a good reason to choose the Founders plan even for your own business. The Pro plan can also be a stepping stone toward a SaaS business: many customers start on it, let their first clients fund it, and upgrade later.
To change plans, go to Settings, then Billing, and click Upgrade on the plan you want. You can upgrade at any time. If you are taking part in the 5 Day Challenge, you do not need to buy a plan during the challenge, because your challenge account covers the week.
