What should I tell the AI assistant to build a website or landing page for my agency niche?

Lead with the outcome, then explain how you deliver it. Avoid vague filler headlines such as "AI solutions for the toughest problems". The AI tends to write them unless you tell it not to.

A good prompt covers these points:

1. Who you are and who you target, for example: we are a marketing agency targeting roofers.
2. The main benefit, which is the outcome, and that it is the big text in the hero (top) section, for example "More appointments booked for your roofing business" or "More bookings for your spa". State the outcome directly. A line like "no more missed calls" makes visitors work out for themselves that it means more bookings.
3. How you deliver it, for the section below the hero, for example a 24/7 AI receptionist, automatic follow up and nurture, review automation and database reactivation.
4. The look and feel of the niche, with images that make visitors feel the site is made for them.
5. The style and layout: clean, minimal and easy to understand, for example image on the right and text on the left, entrance animations, mouse animations and a shimmering hover effect on buttons.
6. The colors, with bright, contrasting buttons, for example royal blue with bright orange buttons.
7. The name of the site.
8. Tell it to use the conversion rate optimization skill and the marketing copy skill (from the 47 Marketing Skills) so the page is the highest converting version.
9. If you want a brand new site, tell it to build from scratch and ignore all existing website projects in the account, so it does not update an old one.

The more detail you give, the better the result. Click the dictation button and talk it through. The AI picks up small details you mention and builds them into the design: mentioning an emergency cone, for example, produced a cone in the images and cone colors in the design.

You can also share a screenshot of a site you like and ask for one like it, or ask the AI to rewrite an example prompt for your own industry. To rebuild an existing site instead, paste its URL into the same prompt and say whether to keep the same images and a similar color scheme.
