What tools are included in Votel?
Votel is an all-in-one platform that replaces 39 separate tools, covering everything an agency needs to run its business and everything its clients need to run theirs. The full table of the 39 tools is near the bottom of the Votel home page, and the list keeps growing as customers ask for more (communities, courses and memberships were the thirty ninth addition).
The tools include: the AI assistant, which can build and do anything you can do in the platform; AI agents for voice, SMS, email, social media and web chat; an AI app builder, where apps get their own database and hosting; websites and funnels with a drag and drop builder and unlimited hosting and domains; workflows and automations; a CRM with pipelines; two way messaging and a unified inbox for email, SMS and social media; calendars and bookables; AI email marketing with email agents; visitor intelligence, which shows who visits your website even when they do not fill out a form; AI image and video generation; text to speech; outbound AI calling and a 24/7 answering service; a power dialer with voicemail drop and a built-in web phone; IVR and call tracking; reputation management (review requests); surveys and forms; contracts and document signing; inbound fax; dashboards; online meetings; social media posting and calendar; comment to DM automation; ad management and click tracking; affiliate management with payouts and commissions; payments and invoicing; project and task management; courses, memberships and communities; a Library with a file system, snapshots and AI brand kits; lead scoring; global variables; 10DLC registration; an API and MCP; and white label with white label help docs.
Bookables are Votel's booking widgets. They are called bookables because anything can be booked: meetings, appointments, classes, groups, rentals and spaces. You can customize their style and color and sync them with third-party calendars.
The meeting platform used for Votel's own sessions and support calls is Votel itself. When you white label Votel you get your own white labeled meeting platform, a Zoom replacement, and you can create a static link for a meeting room, such as meet/yourname.
Faxing is inbound only. There is no outbound fax.
You and your clients do not have to use every tool. Many agencies build targeted offers around a few of them, and you can turn features on and off so unused ones do not clutter your menus.
Where to find things: connect ad accounts under Click Tracking, then Ads Manager, then Connect ad account. Create invoices under Payments, then Invoices, then Create invoice. Communities, forms, contracts, tasks and projects each have their own page in the menu. Every tool can be used by hand or by telling the AI assistant to do it. If something is not built in, ask the AI assistant to build it for you, for example as a custom app.
