What tools does Votel have to help my emails reach the inbox?

Votel has several deliverability tools built in.

Email verification checks addresses so you avoid bogus or high-risk addresses, which protects your sender reputation. Set it under Settings, General, Deliverability. You can validate emails before sending, when a contact is created, or both. The default is before sending.

SMS verification does a similar check for texts and stops messages going to landline numbers.

Both checks have their own charge, shown as email address verification and SMS verification on the Usage tab under Settings, Billing.

Bounce suppression keeps you from sending again to addresses that bounced.

The email step in a workflow has a Spam score button that tells you whether an email is clean and which spam triggers it hits.
