Where can I see the price of every service and how much of my included usage is left?
Go to Settings, then Billing, then the Usage tab. Every account has this price sheet.
At the top you see your wallet balance and whether auto recharge is on. Below that, every service in the system (about 108) is listed, grouped by category, with its price per unit. There is a switch to hide the free services so only the things you pay for show. Some items show $0 per use and are still listed, because an agency can set its own price on a service such as custom fields.
Each service has three columns. Included left shows how many included units remain out of how many were included in your plan, including free AI assistant credits and any free credits that were granted. Used shows the total you have used. Billed shows how many units were charged to your wallet. As you use a service, the included amount goes down first. Once it reaches zero, further use is charged to your wallet at the price shown, which is why Billed can be lower than Used. 5 Day Challenge attendees see their 200 free AI credits here.
For phone calls and SMS, international rates are shown as starting at a price. Click the small info button to see every rate. The page also lists AI model pricing, which we pass through at cost with no markup. Image and video generation prices depend on the options you choose (model, quality, length, size, aspect ratio), and the cost is shown in the generator before you create.
If you are an agency, the prices you set in the SaaS Configurator are what your sub-accounts see on their own Usage tab. Your markup sits on top of our prices, so an agency's prices can differ from Votel's.
To estimate AI voice agent and calling costs, use the pricing calculator on the pricing page at votel.ai. High-volume customers can contact us to ask about custom pricing.
