Where do I find call recordings, transcripts and workflow runs?

Open Activity. It lists your calls, messages (email, SMS and so on), web chat sessions, meetings and their transcripts, AI assistant chats and workflow runs. Open a call or a workflow run to read the transcript and play the recording.

For white label accounts, recordings live in the sub-account they belong to. Recordings count toward storage, which costs 10 cents per gigabyte; they are MP3 files, so they are small.
