Applies to: People registered for the 5 Day Challenge
Where do I find the 5 Day Challenge recordings, transcripts and homework, including if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded, and the recording is posted in the Votel school community, which is free to join. Everyone registered for the challenge receives an invite by email, and the Votel team member also pins the join link in the session chat.
To watch a recording:
- Join the school community from your invite link.
- Click Classroom (the Courses tab).
- Click the week you are in, at the top left.
- Open the day to see the recording, the transcript and the homework for that day.
Recordings are usually added an hour or two after the session wraps up, on the same day. Sessions can run long with questions and answers, so it can take a while. The questions and answers are part of the recording. The transcript is posted with each recording, so you can copy it into ChatGPT or any other AI tool to summarize it, pull out FAQs or notes, or talk about it. You can also download the videos.
A teammate, VA or anyone else who missed the live session can watch the same replay once they have joined the school community.
If your request to join the school community shows as pending, wait a moment and refresh. The team approves only people who joined the challenge and adds you to your week's classroom. Each person is placed in the classroom for the week they attended or signed up for, so you see that week's recordings, not those of earlier challenges. If the email you use for the school community is different from the email you bought with, join with the school email anyway. The team may message you to ask for your purchase email so they can match your account before approving you. If you still do not have access, or you attended an earlier challenge and need its recordings, message the Votel team member in the session chat or ask in live support.
The recordings have no time limit and do not expire, so you can refer back to them months later. The school community also stays open, so you can ask questions there, help each other with the homework and share wins.
