You can pick the model for each agent, with models from OpenAI, Google and Anthropic and open source models such as Kimi and DeepSeek. If you do not know what to choose, leave the default. There is a balance between speed and intelligence. The default is a fast, economical mini model, because tasks like booking appointments do not need the most powerful model. Even faster options such as Nano are also available.

AI model usage is passed through at cost. We add no margin, so what we pay is what you pay, which is fractions of a penny per 1,000 tokens. A token is a piece of text (AI converts words into numbers). For example, the sentence "Hello, I'm Sam with ABC Roofing. How are you doing today?" is about 13 tokens.
