Who can log into my account, and can I stop support or my agency from logging in?

Your data is your data. Anyone with your password can log in, and so can the accounts above you, meaning a parent agency account and Votel support, unless you turn that off.

In your account settings there is a switch that stops your parent account or support from logging into your account. You can also turn on two factor authentication.
