Who provides support to my clients if I resell Votel under white label?

We provide support to you, the agency, because you are our customer, and you provide support to your clients. We do not support your clients directly. You can contact us about anything, including a client question you cannot answer: get the answer from us and go back to your client.

Your clients have these support options:

  1. The AI assistant (the orb that follows everybody around) is available in every sub-account. It knows the platform, answers questions, takes people to the page where they can do something, and can see and control their screen to help.
  2. White label help docs: everything in our help portal, including guides, videos, API docs and the change log, shows with your logo, name and domain.
  3. Help and Support in their account shows your white label information, so the phone number you enter in your white label settings is the number shown to them.
  4. Live support run by you: the same live support feature we use, where someone chooses talk to a person and it rings, is available for you to support your own clients. It uses the built-in meeting platform and is white labeled. Your team can see which sub-accounts are active, you can have it ring an AI agent first (such as a voice AI support agent) or ring people, and there are reviews on your support agents. It also gives you a code snippet to put the support and feedback buttons on a third-party website. It is optional.

Votel's own Live Support button goes to our team, and you can turn it off for your sub-accounts if you do not want to show it.

Whenever people have access to everything in the platform, expect some support questions. Where you can, deliver the customer an outcome without them needing to log in, and lean on snapshots so a customer who asks how to grow has something prebuilt. Votel is software as a service, so you do not need developers to build or code anything.
