Why is my GoHighLevel import slow or stopped, and does it use AI credits?

The GoHighLevel import uses AI only to rebuild your workflows. GoHighLevel workflows are built differently from Votel workflows, so the AI translates and rebuilds each one. The AI work the import does is free: it is not charged to your account, so you do not pay to bring your own data over.

A typical import takes roughly thirty minutes. If an import has run much longer than that, check that it is importing into the right account, and contact support so we can look at it.

Choose the right target. If you run your own business, import into your main account, not into a sub-account. You can move items to sub-accounts later.
