Top Controls​

  • Create Product: Blue button to add new items (e.g., name, price, billing cycle).
  • All/Status Filter: Toggle views (e.g., Active only).

Actions​

  • Create: Fill form with name, description, price, type, and billing.
  • Edit: Update pricing or status; changes apply to new subscriptions.
  • Deactivate: Sets to Inactive; existing subs continue until renewal.
  • Reports: Link to usage analytics per product.

Product Configuration​

When creating or editing a product, you can configure:

  • Product Name: Descriptive name for the service or item
  • Description: Detailed information about what's included
  • Price: Cost per billing cycle
  • Billing Type: One-time, recurring, or usage-based
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.
  • Status: Active or Inactive

Best Practices​

  • Keep product names clear and descriptive
  • Update pricing carefully as it affects new subscriptions
  • Use the deactivate feature instead of deleting products to maintain historical data
  • Regularly review product performance using analytics
